We’re looking for volunteers to help us move out of our space at Cottonwood Farm and into a shipping container in August! If you’re available to lend a truck or a hand, sign up through
August is HERE and it’s our LAST month at Cottonwood Urban Farm in Panorama City.
August is full of chances to support our move:

New Site Informational Sessions
We are moving to Mission Hills this month! Join our informational sessions to learn more about who we are, our purpose, and what we plan to do at our future site. Our goal is to connect with community members to inform them about future opportunities to participate in. We will hold a space for Q&A.

There are no current positions at Black Thumb Farm. If you're interested in working at Black Thumb Farm from January 2027 to September 2027, consider applying to be a winter fellow with the California Climate Action Corps and choose Black Thumb Farm as your host site. Stay tuned for when applications open. Get to know our farm and our team ahead of time by joining a volunteer day.
